You can sign up on the website and verify your mobile number and email to set up your Serveased account. Set-up your payment information using a credit card. Now you can sign in using your credentials to explore Serveased!
You can order service from your dashboard or the Serveased home page. Login to your account and click on “Order Now” or go to service category homepage to select the service of your choice and place your order. Alternatively, you may also click on the service you’d like to order from your dashboard. Once in the service category page, you can fill the order form and all the necessary details pertaining to the service requested and select any add-ons if applicable. After filling order details, you may request on-demand service or scheduled service. Also, you may customize order details. In addition to this, you may book a service for a friend i.e. the same service provider serving you/your friend/family member one person at a time at the same location. You may also book a service as a gift for a friend. You may also book a service date with a friend i.e. two or more different service providers to serve you and your friend at the same location and time (FAQ).
You can now review your order and confirm it. You will be required to pay for the order in advance. Once the payment is successful, your order will be confirmed with one of our service providers and you can track the service provider, if applicable. Customer’s money is help on hold and not disbursed to service provider until the order is fulfilled.
In anticipation of your service booked, it is recommended that you prepare a designated space for the service and get all personal kits ready, should it be required. You can then receive the service provider at your preferred address and verify the identity. Once you have been served, you can review service provider and the service with feedback.
After each service, provide feedback and rate merchant to help us improve on our service offerings and customer experience.

Documents Needed to become a Service Provider:
(i) Government ID (ii) Evidence of work Permit (iii) One short informal video (less than 1 min) of applicant doing the work for each service category (Not needed immediately) (iv) Evidence of background check (Not needed immediately). Our system allows account creation to begin and completed later. Please, note that applicants are not visible to customers on the platform until application is complete, reviewed and approved.
You can now select the categories of services you want to provide. You will be required to upload a few documents like resume, licenses, permits and a video for the corresponding categories for verification. Our team will verify all the information and documentation. Once approved, your profile will be live for users to book.
Now that your profile is active on the application, you will start receiving service requests when you turn on your “GO LIVE” button or as per your calendar availability. You can accept or decline the service.
We at Serveased ensure that utmost care is taken to make sure all services are rendered in the safest possible way. As a merchant, part of your responsibilities is to take a lot of precautions like frequent sterilization of equipment, wearing of personal protective equipment (face mask, face shield, gloves etc.), ensuring frequent medical check-up, sanitization of personnel and gears and much more. We perform thorough background checks and screening tests on all our service providers before they are active on the platform. All this is done to ensure customers can expect what you signed up for.
After each service, provide feedback and rate client to help us improve on our working condition and customer experience. Also, for safety purposes as our merchants are dear to us.
